TH in Spring Hill from Spring Hill, FL
The corner hutch is exactly the finish we needed to match our dining table. It was delivered on time, with no damage to the finish. Good Work!

It took about 3 weeks from the time I placed my order to delivery date which was 1 week less than expected, (especially during the holiday period) was pretty good. Our kitchen cabinets are very close to the iron ore color which is a very dark grey, except our cabinets have a more brown tint. However, when we opened the box & saw the color, we knew it would look great no matter what. Being on the opposite wall you really don't see much of a difference in shade anyway. The iron ore is dark & beautiful.
The box it came in was as tall as the cabinet being all in one piece & the delivery man helped my husband carry it inside our kitchen door. It's not overly heavy (about 119 lbs), but it's very bulky & you have to be careful when unwrapping as it is only 3 corners not 4. When unwrapping, we found a packaging tape dispenser sitting inside the bottom shelf. I guess whoever packaged it up, forgot about where they left their tape. (I found it!) Unfortunately, the tape dispenser left a few scratches on the paint. One call to the manufacturer in Kentucky & they're sending us some touch-up paint in the mail so that will help.
Also on the bottom of the cabinet, there were 3 boards (about 2" x 15") screwed on to the base. This is to protect the bottom from getting damaged, so just take those off. I gave only 4 stars instead of 5 as there were no protective pads on the base at all. So if you have pretty wood floors, my tip is to have some felt pads ready to slap on before you stand it up. For the price of this piece, some type of pads should come with it.
Bottom line is that if you don't want to spend a small fortune having a carpenter build you a corner hutch, this piece is well worth the money & looks good.

The back of the cabinet is a very think stapled wood panel. The top is unfinished as in just the front top is obviously painted and higher than the flat top. It IS flimsy if you don’t secure it to the wall. Overall though the cabinet is really nice. Also those 2 attached bottom wood sticks should be removed. Only there for packaging purposes. Mine came without instructions so I called.
