Title: Customer Service and Product Development Specialist (entry level)

Description: Rapidly growing e-commerce company seeks hard-working employee with attention to detail and the ability (and desire) to multi-task and learn. As a small company with a start-up feel, you will be expected to wear multiple hats simultaneously, from customer service to product development, to aiding in company accounting and marketing strategy. In short, our ideal candidate will be open to learning about multiple facets of our business. Daily tasks will include:

• Helping customers find the right product and place orders
• Communicate with customers, suppliers and others resolve issues.
• Assist in developing processes and procedures

Skills we love:

• Have strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to work independantly with minimal direction.
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Mastery of MS Office and Excel
• Comfortable working with large datasets.
• Familiarity with MS SQL a huge plus!

Candidate Requirements: The ideal candidates will be web savvy, have proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel, and display solid communication skills (bother verbal and written). Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and basic HTML are encouraged, but not required. Be able to think analytically and independently and use innovation to solve problems.
