30-Day Return Policy

Not thrilled with what you bought? No worries. Simply let us know you’d like to return something within 30 days of receiving your delivery and we’ll provide you with pre-paid return shipping labels. We'll then refund you in full when the product is back at our warehouse, less return shipping costs.1 How simple is that?

Now, a few details, upon which we must insist, for returned items to be eligible for a full refund:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Items must be returned in new and unused condition (sorry, we are unable to accept a return on items which have been assembled)
  • Products which are returned, but do not satisfy our conditions for a full refund will be subject to our Partial Refunds & Restocking Fees (see below).

Note: If you decide before receiving your delivery that you would like to make a return, it is critical not to refuse your delivery. In order to ensure that the return and refund are processed correctly, accept your delivery and then contact The Simple Stores. Items returned to an the incorrect location will be subject to Partial Refunds & Restocking Fees (see below).

About Return Shipping Costs

If you return an item using the return label provided by The Simple Stores, and the reason for return is not a result of an error on our part, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, if you elect not to use the return labels provided by The Simple Stores, you'll simply pay the cost charged by the carrier selected.

Assisted Pickups, We're Here To Help!

Need assistance having your return picked up? No problem. For a small convenience charge, The Simple Stores can arrange for a pickup of your return by our carrier. Please remember, the item or items must still be in the original packaging and in an unused condition.

Items in original condition within the return window 100% of the item’s price
Items in original condition past the return window* (Past 60 days, Returns cannot be accepted) 80% of the item's price
For reasons not due to an error by The Simple Stores, items that have been damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, have obvious signs of use, or are returned to the incorrect location. If you received an item damaged, please see our Damage Policy, we can fix those issues at no cost to you. Up to 50% of the item's price
If we are unable to contact you to arrange a delivery for Whtie Glove and LTL/Truck Freight orders* 90% of the item’s price

*For most items the return window is 30 days after delivery.
